New Teachers!

    We welcome two new teachers this coming quarter for some exciting new classes. Please take a moment to meet them and learn all about what they will be offering.

Cat Tyrson:

     Cat is the God Person of Osprey Kindred. He's been traveling the Heathen Path since the Nineties. Often he admits he has wandered but he's never been lost. Unlike many Heathens he has no problem giving credit to those who brought him here: Marvel Comic's Thor, the works of J.R.R. Tolkien and yes, even the oft despised Ralph Blum.  When dealing with Osprey Kindred; Cat uses every single attribute of his life-experience to provide spirituality to the Kindred. From lessons learned through his goats, to numerous sports analogy's, all the way to Sam Kinison like rants, no Blot is ever the same. Cat's monthly "sermons" are truly and completely original and always they're a true experience. He does not just focus on the history and legends of our Gods but rather he tries to apply their beings to our modern-day existence.  Though often challenging, Cat does consider his job with Osprey Kindred the most rewarding of his insane life.

     Cat presents a very special course in the oldest known form of divination… The Runes. This ancient alphabet has long confused and confounded many who have truly tried to unravel these strange symbols… Take this course and understand… You will know the runes inside and out… Their meanings, their history… and of course how to use them for divination. At the end of the class you will have composed your own Rune book that you can use during your everyday life. You will understand “bind” runes and how design them. You will be able to use them in spell work… and of course you’ll know exactly how to read them. A great opportunity for those who are new to the runes as well as old hands that want to go deeper…

Timothy (Timotheos) Anderson:

     Tim is a Spiritual Life Coach, Hellenic Pagan Priest, Reiki Master/Teacher and owner of Trippleforte Music, Wellness and Coaching. He has served the Hellenic Polytheistic and greater Pagan community as founder of the Hellenic Temple of Apollon, Zeus and Pan since 2005. He is skilled in leadership coaching, intuitive readings and teacher-training. He also works with Santeria and Vodou Spirits.

    He will be teaching two courses; Magic through Music: Creating your own personal power-chant and The Basics of Hellenismos: Introduction to Greek religion.

New Rituals!

     On top of the monthly open Celtic open rituals performed by the Coven of the Silver Willow, we are now proud to present…The Blots. These are strange times. It truly seems as if more and more people are choosing the “old” ways and religions. Well from one of the oldest religions known to man come share a little time with the Heathen Gods; Thor, Odin, Freya and many more. Cat Tyrson of Osprey Kindred, RI leads a series of rituals to honor the Scandinavian / Germanic Gods and Goddesses in an open public forum.
