Meditation Circles – 7:00pm Please join us on Monday nights as we travel to the inner and outer realms during our Meditation Circle facilitated by Duir Kell. Every week we will be offering a different guided meditation. You may visit your Animal Totems or travel to the Otherworld and everything in between. This circle is great for both experienced meditators and new comers alike. For your own comfort you are welcome to bring a mat, pillow or anything else you would like. Please show up early as once the circle is started latecomers will not be allowed to enter. We ask for a $10 donation.
